- Membership Administration & CRM Management: Creating, maintaining, and administering your member profile in our CRM to coordinate requested services, follow-up, and membership resources.

3. Information Sharing and Disclosure
We never sell, rent, or lease your personal information. Information is disclosed only under the following defined circumstances:
- Education Providers: When you request course registration assistance, relevant identification and contact details are shared with the applicable FSRA-approved education provider. The education provider independently controls admission, tuition, course delivery, examinations, completion standards, and refunds.
- Participating Mortgage Brokerages: When you request an introduction to explore career opportunities, relevant profile information is shared with the identified licensed mortgage brokerage under the terms of your specific authorization.
- Third-Party Service Providers: We engage verified technology service providers for cloud hosting, customer relationship management (CRM), and telecommunications. These service providers process data strictly on our instructions and are contractually bound to maintain confidentiality and security.
- Legal & Regulatory Requirements: We may disclose information if required to do so by applicable laws, court orders, or governmental/regulatory inquiries.
Standard Membership, Application & Brokerage Introduction Consent:
"I consent to Career Bridge collecting, using and disclosing the information I provide to assess my membership or contractor application, contact me, provide requested services and, where I request a brokerage introduction, share relevant information with selected licensed mortgage brokerages, in accordance with the Privacy Policy."
4. SMS Communications & Marketing Consent

- Marketing opt-in is optional and never pre-selected.
- Mobile phone information obtained through SMS opt-in is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
- You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in the footer of each email. You can stop SMS communications by replying STOP to any text message. For assistance, reply HELP.
5. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including maintaining your active membership, providing course registration assistance, facilitating requested introductions, and meeting legal, regulatory, tax, or accounting requirements. When information is no longer required, it is securely destroyed, erased, or anonymized.
6. Access and Correction
You have the right to request access to the personal information Career Bridge Group holds about you, and to request that any inaccurate or outdated information be corrected or updated. To submit an access or correction request, please contact our Privacy Officer in writing. We will respond within reasonable and legally required timeframes.
7. Consent Withdrawal
You may withdraw your consent to the collection, use, or disclosure of your personal information at any time, subject to legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice. Withdrawing consent for essential service administration may require the closure of your member profile or discontinuation of registration assistance.
